whinning

i have a blck lab and she is 3 years old and just a couple days ago she started whinning.she whines for no reason, and runs back and forth throught the house whinning.help me i dont know what to do

You are going to have to try to narrow it down.  Does she want to go out, is it after meals, are there dogs outside?  Has anything changed in your life, has her routine changed at all?  Did she lose her favorite toy?

Unfortunately, only someone who is with her can narrow it down.
