How long should my lab live/

Question
I have a 10 year old lab in good shape and health has some soreness in her backend after a good work out. But Im wondering about how long do normal labs live that are in good health?

Answer
Labs typically live 12-14 years though some live longer, some shorter.  Large breed dogs, such as labs, are prone to arthritis and hip issues as they age.  You may want to have the vet check her out next time you do a check up.  You may want to consider joint supplements like Glucosamine/Chondroitin and MSM.
