Question
we just got a jack russel terrier, the peaple we got him from said he was 6 months. but his teeth on the other hand look like they're almost 4 or 5 years!, acording to their size, stain, and he isn't teething on ANYTHING.( but he is eating)

He'll sit on one leg like it's hurt, but he's running just fine, and is adjusting well to his new home. we love this lil guy, and hope he's okay, we never had a small dog before, so this is all new to us.

Answer
Hello, Well if he really is six months old he would still have some bulking out to do. Do you mean his teeth are very yellow? or just large? By six months my JRT had lost all his baby teeth and had his "Fangs"(JRT's teeth are quite large). If his leg is in pain he will need to see a vet. Also maybe calling the people and asking what he was eatting for his few months with them might tell you if this is why his teeth are stained so badly. Also going to a good vet and getting him checked over will tell you about how old he is and if there is anything wrong with his leg.
