Hi Carol I do not know if you remember me Im the one
who wrote you about my pups nose turning black well
its coming along good just like you said but now we
have a new problem hes 5mons now and only one testicle
has dropped the vet says they cannt fill the other one
the breeder thinks she can how long should I wait?

Hi Tammy,

If you are going to have him neutered, then there is no reason to wair for anything - it's actually perfect timing to have him neutered right now. Then it won't matter if it comes down or if it's even there! If it IS there, the vet will remove it.

If you are planning on breeding him, not a good idea - especially if he has a descended testicle, it's not recommended.
I would try to be patient and try to let nature take it's course and they usually drop by age 6 months. If not, you have to make a decision to either have it surgically brought down or neuter him.

My advice, neuter him and all your worries are over!
