German Shepherd Puppy Ears

i have a 5 month old german shepoherd pup male big dog 65IB
the problem his ears both are down most of the time one will come up for a few mins and go down the other one comes up at diffrent times for a min or two they have only been up at the same time once for about 5 mins will his ears still come up he is still teething at presant please could you give me anymore information about what i should do thanks paul
