Hello Heidi, This would be a good question for the vet. Make sure they are both very healthy before you mate them.
You may want to talk to the VET about the blood testing for genetic problems than can arise.
Also, my Chi is from a large Chi mom and a small Chi dad.
My Priscilla is a lot like her mom's structure.
