American bull dog

she's about 4yrs old, and since she was a pup shes had white flacky dandruff and she sheds it daily conventional dog shampoo, dog shampoo, head and shoulders ect.I would say it's allergies; she's been tested for mange and thats as far as the vet would go.  What would you suggest. Thank you for you time.

I would say it's nutritional. I suggest putting her on a high quality natural diet like Innova or Wellness, or even a raw diet and see what a difference it makes. You should give it about a month for an evaluation though.

Allergies would cause more than flaky skin, like runny eyes, rashes etc.
