eye color or boxer mix?

I just adopted a 12 week old boxer from a shelter. He has 1 ice blue eye and 1 brown eye. He is drk brwn with a little black and of course the white markings of a boxer. I don't know a lot about this brred but was wondering if he is mixed with something or could actually be a pure bred. I also have a 1 year old male yellow lab at home. Do u think that friendship could work?

No, he is not pure bred. No pure bred Boxer has blue eyes, let alone one blue eye.

He has either Blue Heeler, Weimarainer, Sheepdog, something with blue eyes, in him.  Some where in his genetics; either parents (one Boxer, the other another breed) or grandparents- is another breed.

The friendship between the two dogs should be good, both breeds are medium to large, both are loyal and loving, both are playful and should be an excellent friendship.
