warm face and ears

I have a 2 year old male fawn boxer. his face around the nose
and mouth is red and warm along with warm ears and he is
sneezing not a lot but more than normal

Have you taken his temperature rectally?

A dog's normal temperature is approximately 101-102 therebouts.\

Any higher, and he has a temperature.

He could have pneumonia since he is sneezing and is red and warm.

It is CRITICAL that you get him to the vet ASAP.

Pneumonia kills fast.
