boxer dog season

hi i have 2 boxer dogs 1 male and 1 female bitch . when we first had the bitch she had a fully blown season blood dripping exc a normal season . since then we have not seen her have another normal season her vulva has been powted very largely at times but no blood she is  3 years old could you offer any advice or ideas please is it because she is with the male all the time i dont no ? thanks dave

If she came in heat with the male with her-- then mating took place and she is pregnant.

You did not say when this was, or calendered it for me to count the 63 days to whelping.

Take her to your vet for an examination and confirmation.

You need to talk to your vet about putting her on high protein puppy chow during her pregnancy, whelping, and nursing period.

This is a must.

No medications during this time.

Begin educating yourself on pregnancy, whelping and caring for new born puppies and a nursing mom.
