Question
Dear whom ever this may consern,

I am about to get a new boxer and it might be a boy so what I want to know is...do boy boxers get sick easier/faster than girl boxers do? I realy need to know by friday june 1 2012 thank you for you time.

Answer
No. Gender has nothing to do with it. Just as in people, gender specific illnesses are ovarian cancer in females and testicular cancer in males, breast cancer in females, etc. otherwise, there is not any difference in illnesses or being sick.

You need to learn about the breed before you get one. Never pick a breed without knowing all there is to know about that breed. A Boxer's average life span is only 10 years, when other breed's life spans are 13-14 years. Boxers are more prone to cancer, heart problems, etc. where other breeds have their own specific related illnesses that are genetically prone.
