Answer
Hello Samantha!
Did your pup have a previous owner? These are signs that usually point to abuse. Nervous, anxious, irratibility, shaking, crys, they are all signs of anxiety. Did you get her from a breeder, adopted her? Its not for sure, so always keep that in mind, but I would look  into it. The other option is seperation anxiety from its previous home. She was taken from her normal enviroment, which was all she knew.  It may take some time for her to get used to her new enviroment. No, I don't think you need to rehome her now's the time she needs you most. Anxiety is a trait in beagles and I feel like it could be that, but I don't get to visually see the situation keep that in mind. Buy her some squeaky toys, the latex kind. Lay them around her bed let her know she is safe and has something to entertain herself with. Try getting her some rawhide chews. Purchase some treats and hold them out to her then as she comes to you give her the treat and easily pat her on the head. I would also look  into the first thing I mentioned as sad as it is, but you could save the lives of other puppies. But in the first month puppies will be skiddish. I hope this has helped if you want to add some details I would be happy to elaborate a little more if I had more details. Best wishes and good luck!
