new kitten horrors

my new siamese kitten has within one week, ruined a sofa by urinating on it and caused mayhem in my bedroom by urinating and defecating on my bed.  How can I stop him from creating further damage.

Is it male? How old is he or she? Could be behavioral problems or hormones. First make sure the sofa is 100 percent clean from now on. Meaning if they smell their stuff on it, they may do it again. Use an odor remover that is cat improved. Talk to a vet about behavioral problems and he or she may need to be spayed or neutered. Talk to a vet please.
