trouble with kitten birth

there is a kitten that has been stuck in birth canal for 3 1/2 hrs. only paws are out. What do i do how can i get it out?

I am sorry that I just got back on my computer.  You need to take your female to the vet immediately.  You can gently pull on the paws timing your pulls with her contractions.  You need to pull upwards and out if she is on her back or downwards and out if she is on her belly.

Some KY jelly could help lubricate things.

However, it sounds to me as if something is creating a problem and a vet is where you should be heading.  Now, what can happen is the jostling from putting her in a carrier and driving her in a car sometimes moves things along.
