controlling heat cycles

Question
I have a cat who goes out of heat easily and needs to go to an outside  male to breed with. Murex Purpurea is reported to be able to both bring a cat out of heat or bring a cat into heat.
How do yuo use it to bring a cat into heat?

I have never used it, but an Oriental breeder friend swears by Damiana Extract for bringing them in and keeping them in. I was skeptical but I started giving it to a female of mine who hadn't cycled in 9 months and 10 days later she was calling and able to be bred. I gave her 1/2 dropper full every day.
