problem with my cat

Hi Starlights, How are you?
I have a 10 month old Persian hairy cat.
her hair is badly tangled (? by chewing gum)i tried to apply some oils and creams, but it was useless. I can't cut the tangled bulk because its very close to her skin.
I don't know what to do , can you help me with your advice ?

I'm sorry but if your unable to cut the hair yourself without causing any pain to the cat then the only thing you can do is take the cat to the vet and they will easily shave off the hair with a pair of clippers. Sorry about your cat but how did he manage to get into chewing gum lol. I hope all goes well.
