cat with swollen lips

Question
I have 2 kittens about 5 months old (sisters) and one has swollen top lips and a dry nose. I first thought it was swollen from getting scratched by the other cat because it looked like there was a scratch and it was on the one side now its both sides. Because I have two cats I dont know if shes eating or drinking so i dont know if theres a major problem or not. Is there any reason I should be concerned about her mouth being swollen and dry nose?

It could be an allergy to something she is eating, or maybe she was bit by something. I would advise taking her to the vet. It might be something that can be stopped by antibiotics. I can't tell you more because I can't see it...but vet can.
