Falling cat

Question
I have a 6 yr old cat, Recently Ive noticed that he falls off of things. Today he was walking along my computer desk, and he looked as though he was going to jump to the floor, but instead he fell face first and hit the floor. He didnt try to catch himself and he didnt land on his feet, he just fell and when he hit the floor he just layed there for a minute without moving, then got up and walked off. This isnt the first time he's done this. Do you happen to know what would cause this?

Your poor kitty! My guess is that he is having seizures, possibly from epilepsy. This sounds like a medical problem and not a behavior problem. I would take the cat to the vet for an exam. If it is epilepsy, they can put him on medication.
