my cat has a ruuny nose

all of a sudden i saw my cats nose runny never saw that before, does this mean she has a cold

She could have allergies or she could have a cold. If she gets runny eyes and sneezing it could be worse than a cold. Either way she should see a vet and get some antibiotics to clear it up.
