9 weeks old male persian in and out of litterbox gets stool all over rear area.Do not want to give him a bath 2 or 3 times aday.HHHHelp

That is a common problem. The kitten's balance isn't that good yet and he is squatting too close to the litter. It will stop as the kitten gets older (and taller). Just keep the fur on his bottom trimmed back as much as possible for right now.
