my cat had 2 babies but days later is still fat is that normal?

How many days later?  It can take a few days for the uterus to shrink back to normal or she may still be carrying kittens.  Sometimes a female will empty one horn of the uterus, wait 24-48 hours and then empty the other horn.  If you think she may still have babies, you should see your vet.
