Mother cat who lost her kittens

My cat lost all of her 3 kittens by an accident about 2-3 days ago. She is very distracted now. she is looking for and call them every time. Her breasts are full of milk. How can I help her?

I am sorry that this happened!!!!!!!!!!

Leave her alone. She will come to grips with the loss of her kittens in about 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile, her body will begin absorbing her breast milk. The mamaries will become hard as part of the absorption process. The milk absorption process usually takes a couple of weeks.
