QuestionHello, My cat is about a year old, we've had him for about 8 months, we recently bought a new kitten, currently 4 months old. My older cat is terrified of him and won't come in the house often anymore and barely eats, at the moment they're both locked in the front room/kitchen the older one will hiss and growl and rarely claw/bite, should i leave them inside the front room/kitchen or let the older one out?
AnswerHi Drew,
You need to follow a cat intro protocol. I'll attach a link for you. And let the older cat into the house. The house is his territory. The kitten is the one that needs to be kept in the front room.

Get some Feliway Comfort Zone, or something like it. This will help. Give them some time. All will be well. Good luck and take care.
