Chin spots

Hi,
I have discovered black spots on my kittens' chins ! they look more like black hairs or dirt flakes, and are rather disgusting.Please provide the diagnosis and a cure ASAP.

It sounds like your kittens might have chin acne. This can be easily treated by gently using a mild antibacterial soap to wash their chins twice daily, rinsing very well then drying very well. You will also need to change their feeding dishes from plastic to stainless steel as plastic is porous and holds bacteria which can then create chin acne for your kittens.
