QuestionI have been reading some of the questions and answers at this site. One told the owner not to feed a cat with an eye infection tuna. Why? Is tuna a problem for cats in general? What if they would eat much else?
AnswerHI Janet,
many people out there claim to be cat experts. ANYONE can call themselves a cat behaviorist/specialist. BUT believe it or not, if a vet is not boarded in behavior, he cannot call himself a behaviorist.
So what am I saysing? I'm saying that person you saw list the tuna with the eye infection is full of BS. :)
There is a theory of cats with hyperthyroidism and not feeding tuna- but that just a floating theory.
Tuna is small quantities is OK.
