Post hysterectomy

I have a 6 year old staffie who had pyometra and had a panhysterectomy operation two weeks ago - I have noticed a bloody discharge, but not from her wound.  should I be very concerned?

Yes, take her back to the vet for a check-up.  Most likely she will need antibiotics or a change in the regimen if she is already on them.  However, she may need some blood tests or x-rays if things are looking up to snuff but that has to be determined by the attending veterinarian.
