odor problem

Our 3yr old Yorkie has an odor about him.A bath will last only a few days before it comes back.It seems to come from his skin.I dont think its from his annal glands. He seems healthy and is active as he has an 1yr old poo\pom playmate. Any advice would be appreciated.

I would recommend a trip to the vet to rule out any skin/ear infections and have the anal glands checked.  Many times underlying yeast can cause an odor.  Otherwise reduce the bathing...once a month is plenty for baths and you could be drying out his skin too much, which may lead to other issues.  Also, make sure you are feeding a high quality diet--try Royal Canin's Yorkie food.
