bumps on my dog

Hi my dog is 5 years old, and she has bumps on her skin, on the back and side. after a while it gets like a dandruff because it get's dry and it go's away. is like a big pinple. it doesn't hirt her. what is it. thank you

Skin problems are something that cannot be tackled online. A vet needs to see a dog like this to determine if she has an allergy to fleas or foods or a bacterial infection or even a yeast infection in her skin.
