cat secretion

Question
my cat has been secreting puss from vagina, she is 8 years old female and over weight she has been doing that for more then a year, we did an operation about a month ago and took the uetrus out the ovaries were already out, the past week she had a fever we have been giving antibiotics shots for the past 5 days (8 days total) she got a lot better but today she secluded herself again and she is licking herself to clean her butt and vagina a lot today
any feedback about this?

Wow Omar - Boy this cat kid has been thru a lot !  Can you give her any supplements to help her immune system along?  I can suggest some for you:  

Vitamin E  ( 50 IU ) just give one per day - prick a hole thru the capsule and squeeze out the gel... Mix this into some tuna or wet cat food... ( to hide it)
