Dog Pregnany

Question
Tonight , my Black lab/Bullmastiff dog got loose on us and escaped outside then she got hit by a car just outside our house. She doesnt seem to have any physical injuries, she just seems shocked.
There had been a strong possibility that she may be pregnant because she bred with a few dogs when she was in heat only about 1 and a half to 2 weeks ago. A few hours after my dog got hit , she let her bowels go in the kitchen , then a while after she threw up a huge deal. It is a mix of what looks to be regular stuff like food, grass, ect. but then there are two or three strange red things in it, quite large, but not huge. is it possible this could have been a sign of or , and actaul miscarriage? or does my dog have other health concerns or is this normal ? Please let me know ASAP.

Answer
Dear Dallas,
I apologize for the delay in responding. By now you have probably gone to the clinic or she is fine. I would STRONGLY recommend having her spayed immediately as the puppies, if they are there, could have some problems and she may have trouble delivering (or it could cost you a lot of money) and there are way too many puppies killed every day at shelters because these females are just so clever at finding male dogs to breed with them.
