my dog is vomiting and is really hot

Question
My dog started vomiting yesterday and today his head and neck are a lot hotter than normal and than the rest of his body. What could cause this?

Answer
He could have a fever causing him to feel hot. Take his temperature with a human thermometer. Normal is 100 to 101.5 (conventional veterinarians think it is normal up to 102.5).

I do not have access to my regular notes that I put in these answers, so please read any of the other answers to learn about how your dog can live a long  and healthy life. No more vaccines. Feed a raw meat diet. Work with an integrative veterinarian - www.theAVH.org - homeopathy(some can help you by phone), www.AHVMA.org (general holistic - may find a local person), www.ivas.org & www.tcvm.com - acupuncture. You can learn (for free) how to do Reiki which could help whatever the cause of missing his jumps. (Again see my answers to others). You could possibly heal him just with Reiki if you already knew it.

IF he has a fever or continues to be ill - go to the clinic.
