Question
i have two male rat terriers. one i got last august and the other i got two Augusts ago. Marty, my newest dog, was sick when we first got him, we brought him to the vet and he was diagnosed with a sickness from cat feces. we treated him and now he is fine. when we got him, we were told he was potty trained, but lately, he has been going to the bathroom all over the house all the time but only a little bit at a time. i was wondering if he should bring him into the vet, i personally think he has a bladder infection but my mom doesn't think so.

thanks,
lexi

Answer
Anytime a normally house trained pet starts to have this many accidents you can be assured that they are having a problem and need to see the vet.

Little bits of urine, bloody or not, can indicate some kind of infection or bladder stones, or even prostate problems. You don't mention whether or not they are neutered or their ages.

Call the vet and get him in soon.
