help!!!!

hi i am getting a 28 gallon saltwater aquarium and i already have a 10 gallon and i was wondering what do i NEED?  and also i want it to be a reef aquarium with few anenomes and corals so do i NEED a test kit?  what do i do if like my ammonia goes up or something?

to be honest i think you should reserch this yourself, its ok me telling you what kit to get but if you don't know why then whats the point.

i'll give you a shove in the right direction though. you WILL need a test kit and there is no way you will be able to keep an anemonie alive in a 28gal tank
