new tank set up

Question
I have just set up a 120 a week ago with 70 lbs cured rock, 20 semi-cured
and about 30 lbs of live rock form my existing 65 gallon tank that has been
up and running for about 2 years.  I also put about 10 lbs of live sand from
my existing tank into my fuge with some live rock and cheato.  I tested my
water 2 days ago and got these readings
ammonia .6
nitrites .3
nitrates 10
THen I tested my water yesterday and it was
ammonia .3
nitrites .3 a little lighter color on the color of the test than the last day
nitrates 10.
My problem is that I need to break down my 65 and transfer the coral and
fish asap.  When is the soonest possible time I can do this safely?  also will a
carpet anemone survive under these conditions?  And when should I hook up
my protein skimmer? I do understand these are not prime conditions and I
would not attempt this normally but I am short on time.  I also added a
product that helps build the biological filter naturally.  I dont remember the
name of it right now.  Thanks for any help you may be a be able to give

Answer
hi, i would say it should be ok to transfer the stock if you bag them and acclimatise them for a few hours in the bag first. chuck the skimmer asap as this will help with the water stats, also add some phosban and some carbon.

forget that bio stuff, total waste of money. how these companies can say that something thats in a bottle can stay alive for the months that its on the shelves
