snowflake eels and gobies

I have a 38gallon tank and in it I have a snowflake eel, my question is I really want a gobie, some people say it wouldnt work some people say it would.I wanted to ask an expert,what do you think?

Hi there, I personally wouldn't risk it. I have a Snowflake Eel and he is housed with a Lionfish and Niger Trigger. I wouldn't purchase a fish that is the same kind of shape as the eel and possibly even a size that would fit in his mouth. My Eel tank is for semi-aggressive only, I wouldn't mix just in case.
