O.K... i found injecting those stupid little anemones a little frustrating.... i was just wondering if i get a peppermint shrimp it is 100% fine with my coral??

Also can i have a skunk shrimp with a peppermint shrimp??
do i have to get them at the same time also??(not that they are territorial)

Hi Bonnie. Sorry the injections did not go so well. I told you it would take a lot of practice! Peppermint shrimps are one of those things that is either hit or miss. Sometimes you can add one to your tank and your aptasia problem is gone with in a few days. However other times the shrimp just does not do what its supposed to do. Then there is always the chance that you get one that does readily eat the aptasia anemones but does not stop there and ends up consuming some of your smaller coral polyps as well. Whenever you are using a natural means to control a pest the outcome can be a little bit unpredictable due to the differences between individual personalities.  With that said I can honestly tell you that I have used them as a way to control an aptasia outbreak in the past and they have never let me down.
