Refering to my saltwater levels

Today I finally did a water change of 50 in my 30 gallon and I also added a bit of salt,I then went to petco to check the salinity and they said it was okay it as at 0.22 but when I checked it just now with it has been 6 hours Atleast  and it's reading 1.12-1.14 do you think y hydrometer is wrong? Idk what to do and its almost 3 am.

It could be either your reading or theirs that is false. It can be hard to get a true reading without the use of a properly calibrated refractometer. I would suggest finding someone with a freshly calibrated one to check your equipment against before you try to fix your salinity.
