Water movement for a parrot cichlid

Question
Our tank has a Rena canister filter, Magnum filter, and an undergravel filter with two power heads.  The combination provides a ton of aeration and water movement.  At the pet store, I noticed very little water movement in the tank with the parrot cichlids.  Is this what they prefer?

Hi Ken;

I have had them in both environments and they seem to do fine. Slow flow is just the particular system they happen to have there. You have a great system in your tank so I wouldn't change a thing.
