Question
Hi, we bought a new aqarium so that our two angel fish and pleco would be happier. They look like they could use some company though. We were thinking some small schooling fish would be neat (about 3 or 5 of them). Is there anything small which the angels who have been by themselves for 4 years would not be interested in eating?

Also I have another tank that I take back and forth to college, I have an african dwarf frog, two gold mollies, and a corry cat. My two mollies have killed black phantom tetras before, and I was thinking of putting a fish that was about 2-3 inches in with them. Would a betta be alright? Any interesting suggestions for what I could put with them instead?

Thank you very much.

Answer
Dear Laura,
I've had good luck with lemon tetras and rainbow fish. Just be sure not to get too small since they will think that it is food.
In the molly tank you could try the betta but he might have problems being shy it they are too aggressive. Maybe, you could try a dwarf gourami or a paradise fish. Just watch everyone to be sure there isn't alot of territorial conflicts.
Hope this helps!
