quick cure for fast relief for lck aand other parasites

Question
when treating the water tank of 46 galon with Quick cure as a fast relief from lck and other parasites shall i keep the filter on with out the carbon only ( aqua teck filter) or remove it completely from the tank and return it next day after 24 hour ?

I prefer to leave the filter on and remove the carbon source. The carbon is what removes the medication. I would return carbon as directed by the medication. With the medication in the water you may to add an additonal air source to assist the fish. Best of luck.
