I Need Help ASAP please

i have a cichlid and i have been talking to a guy on here and he said too change the water 25 % and weekly but my cichlid isn't getting better it lays on its side all the time and if i am lucky it will eat. other than that it just lays there  please help me i have tryed tap water conditioner, and quick cure,

Fish can't get better by simply changing their water- I am glad you contacted me in time :)

I would recommend tetracycline or triple sulfa medicine. They are both stronger antibiotics that should help your fish.
