Black lights for aquariums

Question
If you can find them, are black lights OK to use for an aquarium?  With white gravel and all of the beautiful colors of the fish, I think it would be a gorgeous look.

Black lights would look nice in an aquarium, but I would only recommend having them if you had a different set of lights for the daytime. Fish do need 'sunlight' hours, which mean either regular white lights or UV lights. You could use the black lights at nighttime. I am not sure if you can find them, but I would definitly look for them if they are something you are interested in.
