High Amonia in 90gal in 4 weeks! Help!

Hello,

Please Help!  I have a 90 gal, 4 weeks old, 6 African Cichlids.  Amonia is off the charts.  I have a FilstarxP with the setup as follows from top to bottom; Black Stars, White Tubes, loose ammo-chips, loose carbon, assortment of the foam pad filters.  I am not sure if the setup in the filter is correct.  I have put in ammo-lock, then I put WaterClarifier.  All today 6-26-7.  Yesterday I did a %40 water change and I am wooried about my fish.  Amonia is still off the chart and water is so cloudy I cant see the back.  Fish are suffering at the bottom not really swimming around.  Some have dark spots around mouth and sides.  Please help me.  How often can I change the water?  How often do I put Ammo-lock?  How often do I use the stresszyme?  What else am I forgetting?  Please help!

ummm this is soo easy, you put carbon in a filter bag, and then rinse it and then put it in the filter, your tank is black because of the dust on the carbon.
then put stress zyme about eveery six hours, and i am not sure about ammo lock
