Telescopic Fish

Question
Hi
I was wondering if you could help me with my 'telescopic fish'?
i have only just set up the tank and have put this fish, a catfish and a goldfish in it.
The telescopic one tends to act dead.. it just lays on the bottom of the tank and occasionally goes for a short swim to the other side of the tank where it will lay back on the bottom for the next couple of hours before getting up again.

when it does swim, it seems to struggle a bit...

Do you know what i should i do?

Cheers

Answer
Well I was going to say that it is common for telescope fish like black moors to do this. But when you mentioned the struggleing i am not so sure. Telescope fish are naturally lazy so they like to stay near the bottom. But i don't know y it would be struggleing. She could be injured. Check for scrapes scars missing scales etc.
