Answer
Hi Brianna,
That is kind of a hard question because the fish you listed can be very hard to tell the difference between the boys and girls. But you might be able to.

With the White tetra (which is most likely the white version of the black skirt tetra-- see picture-)

With these fish, it can be tricky. But the females usually are larger, broader and rounder than the males.. The boys tend to be smaller, and generally more 'petite' in appearance. But without a group of fish to compare it will be  kinda of tricky. But you can take a good guess.

As for the Diamond tetras...  Boys have longer dorsal fins than the females and they tend to be much more colorful. The girls also have more fuller bodies than the slimmer males.

Now for the Cardinal Tetras it gets even trickier! The only differences you might tell between males and females is the females will sometimes be slightly rounder in the belly region while the males usually stay slimmer.

I can't be sure at all about your Algae eating fish -- because many types of fish fall under than general name. I do know with most common Algae eaters like Plecos there are no visible differences between the male and female unfortunately.

I really hope this helps and best wishes!
Happy holidays,
Karen~
