sickness symptoms of jack dempseys

my question is i have 4 jack dempsey's but this one particular jack dempsey i have is not very active when we very first bout him or her can't tell at this point but it looks like it has spots on him or her i don't know if it's bubbles or a disease can u help me

Hi Robert:  your Jack Dempsey may just be the unlucky recipient of tank aggression.  Does he/she get picked on?  the behavior you have described is that of a bullied fish.  Look at the spots really closely... as they may just be coloration of the fish... let me know...dave
