Not sure of the spelling but how long do these algae eaters live?  How big will they get in a 29 gallon tank?

Plecostomous live for a good long while years and years. They will get a foot long in any sized tank. Some fish grow with tanks these guys just keep growing. As long as they have plenty to eat and the water quality is good they should be fine for a long time.
