Mexican Axolotl

Question
Hi, I have a Mexican axolotl for almost a year now, when I got her she had anchor worms but I had no idea what they were, about a month ago I finally found out what they were and began treating her first with salt, but when that didn't do anything I tried General Cure Anti-Parasitic Fish Medication from API. I asked numerous pet stores if they new if it was safe for scaless fish (or amphibians) but they didn't know and there was nothing on the Internet either and I couldn't find any other medication. It was expensive enough I thought it would work, I didn't want to over dose so I put a little less then the instructed dose, though it still hasn't had any affect when it was supposed to eliminate the parasite in less then a week. I have been cleaning the tank and adding a little salt every time and a bit more of the medication (as instructed) every week. Now my axolotl has fungus too ( maybe from the stress?), I don't know what to do, cause I don't want to use 2 medications (for the fungus and parasite). Do you know what I should do or any good medications?
Thanks.

Hi Rachel,
Unfortunately I don't have any experience with the wondrous Axolotl. And therefore, feel its best to refer you to a better more knowledgeable source. You should try the Forum at-
