Small algae eaters?

Question
Well, I was wondering if there were any algae eaters small enough to live in a 6 gallon tank. In the tank are a few guppies and a betta fish, if that helps. So are there? Thanks for the help.

Answer

Otocinculus
A perfect choice (and a hardy fish that I keep in my aquarium) is the otocinculus (or otos as most refer to them).  They are popular with Japanese aquarists and are very eager algae eaters!  They will be perfect for your aquarium size - they are reltively small at about one to one-and-a-half inches long.  Don't put more than one - there may not be enough algae to supplement their diet.  I have attached a photo that was found on Google.  Hope that helps!
