Question
i have a pair of blue gouramis both were light blue when i bought them two weeks ago. now one of them is dark blue. i am courious why. thank you for your time.

Answer
Hi Mickey,
Its actually quite normal for fish to change color.. or the shade of their natural color. In most cases, it means they are healthy and content. Sometimes it can be a dominance display. Gouramis are one of the many well-known species of fish that will indeed change their color according to their environment and their mood. Males are also much more colorful than the females.

I hope this helps!
Happy New Year!
